The Azimut S10, launched in 2019 as the Grande S10, is a 94-foot, four-cabin sportbridge with a carbon superstructure, twin MTU 16V 2000 M96L engines and a 35-knot top speed. Used boats ask about $4.8 million to $6.7 million.

Best for
  • Owners who want superyacht space at sport yacht speed
  • Short-hop cruising in the Bahamas, Riviera or Balearics
  • Entertaining on deck rather than long passages
  • Buyers who want a sleek profile instead of a tall flybridge

The Azimut S10, big brother of the S line

The Azimut S10 was unveiled at the Cannes Yachting Festival in 2019 as the Grande S10 and has since been marketed simply as the S10, the flagship of Azimut's sporty S Series. It is a sportbridge, meaning a sleek, coupe-style yacht with a modest flybridge on top, rather than a full flybridge or a tri-deck, and at 94 feet 3 inches it is the largest boat Azimut has built in that style. MBY's Nick Burnham called it the pinnacle of the yard's performance range.

Searches for "azimut benetti s10" point to the same yacht: Azimut and Benetti are sister brands inside the Azimut Benetti Group, and the S10 is an Azimut model. It is also unrelated to Azimut's smaller S6, S7 and S8, which share the sporty look but not the hull or the engineering.

How a 94-footer measures under 24 meters

Yachts of 24 meters load-line length and above face extra regulation, cost and crewing complexity. Yachting reported that the S10 officially comes in under that threshold despite its 94-foot overall length. The trick was to exclude the stern platform and transom and a substantial part of the bow from the official hull measurement. In theory both sections could be detached without compromising the structure.

For an American owner that detail is less about bragging rights than about running costs and flexibility, particularly if the boat will spend time in Europe or in charter. Ask for the measurement and flag-state documentation on any S10 you consider, and confirm how the current flag treats it.

Mancini's Malibu terraces and about 550 square feet outside

Alberto Mancini's brief was almost a blank sheet: length, beam and recognizable Azimut DNA. He looked to beach houses in Malibu whose terraces step down to the sand and drew about 550 square feet of outdoor space: 150 square feet of foredeck garden, 215 square feet of flybridge with a lounge and wet bar, and 183 square feet of aft deck, not counting the fold-down bathing platform that becomes a beach club.

The aft deck is split in two. The stern zone is raised slightly and left open for loose furniture, loungers or dancing, while the inner zone sits a step down beneath the flybridge overhang, sheltered by the centerline stairs, a wet bar and carbon buttresses on each side. Panels on each quarter hinge up like the doors of a Lamborghini Aventador to become posts for a Bimini. Teak decking is laid athwartships rather than fore and aft, and the foredeck is ringed by teak and carbon rails that reminded Yachting's tester of a crossbow.

A saloon with two sets of sliding doors

Inside the aft doors is a dining table rather than the usual lounge, with a second set of glass doors sweeping in at an angle from starboard. Open both and the cockpit, dining area, lounge and bridge become one long space; close either and you split it by mood or weather. Mancini said he had Perini Navi sailing yachts in mind when he worked out how the aft deck should flow into the saloon. The amidships lounge has deep side windows and three rectangular skylights.

Francesco Guida designed the interior with white lacquer, brushed and stained oak and travertine in the heads, an Italian look with a hint of art deco. At the helm, most of the Naviop instrumentation folds down into a box: raised, it shows two touchscreens; lowered, it presents seven small repeaters, which clears the windshield view and cuts reflections at night.

Four staterooms, with the VIP pushed to the bow

The standard plan has four en suite staterooms. The owner's suite is full beam amidships with an aft-facing island berth, sofa, vanity and walk-in closet, lit by hull windows measuring 27 by 68 inches with Venetian blinds. The price of that big suite is the VIP, which moves into the bow with a diagonal double. A twin and a cabin with a transverse berth sit off the middle of the guest corridor.

Crew access is hidden behind a door to starboard of the dining area, with stairs down to the galley, crew mess and up to three crew cabins for four, or two cabins plus a laundry. The stern garage holds a jet tender of about 14 feet plus a personal watercraft and a couple of Seabobs.

Twin MTU M96Ls and 35 knots

Power comes from twin MTU 16V 2000 M96L diesels of about 2,600 hp each, driving five-blade props of 3 feet 11 inches diameter through V-boxes. Azimut and Yachting quote a top speed of 35 knots. At a 30-knot fast cruise, with a 10 percent reserve, range is about 350 nautical miles from 2,510 gallons of fuel; slow to 12 knots and it stretches beyond 750 nautical miles.

The engine room has 6 feet 6 inches of headroom at its forward end, and both engines can be walked around, though only on hands and knees at the very back. MBY described it as cathedral-like. That access matters: M96L ratings are high-output, and the cost of keeping them healthy is the main difference between owning an S10 and a slower flybridge of the same length.

  • LOA 94 feet 3 inches, beam about 20 feet 10 inches, draft 6 feet 8 inches
  • Full-load displacement about 97 tonnes
  • 2 x MTU 16V 2000 M96L, about 2,600 hp each
  • 35 knots top, 30 knots cruise, about 350 nm at 30 knots and 750 nm plus at 12

S10 price and whether you can still order one

On the used market, YachtBuyer tracked boats built 2019 to 2022 asking $4.8 million to $6.7 million in 2026, and MarineMax listed the privately used, captain-maintained 2022 Latitude in Miami at $5.9 million. Boats have averaged more than 850 days on the market with typical cuts near 12 percent, so the S10 rewards patient buyers. Expect $650,000 to $1 million a year in operating costs with three or four crew, more if you use the speed often.

New-build status is murky. Azimut's 2026 website lists only the S6, S7 and S8 in the S Series, while MarineMax still shows a 2026 S10 as an orderable model and YachtBuyer lists it as in production. Treat any new S10 as a special order to confirm in writing with the dealer.

How much does a Azimut Grande S10 cost?

New, typical sail-awayNo longer built
Used, typical asking$4.6M to $6.7M
Yearly running costs$650K to $1M

YachtBuyer found three boats for sale in 2026, built 2019 to 2022, asking $4.8 million to $6.7 million with an average near $5.8 million; a 2020 hull sold in 2024 after asking $6.2 million, and the 2022 Latitude was listed by MarineMax Miami at $5.9 million. Boats have averaged more than two years on the market with cuts of about 12 percent, so patient buyers have leverage. Engine hours on the high-revving M96Ls and the condition of the carbon topsides drive value.

Our verdict on the Azimut Grande S10

The Azimut S10 is the boat for owners who want a 94-foot yacht to feel like a sports car. Mancini's stepped terraces give it far more usable outdoor space than its sleek profile suggests, the double-door saloon is a smart piece of planning, and 35 knots on twin M96Ls is genuinely quick for the size. The tradeoffs are a bow VIP, short range at speed, expensive engines and a slow resale market. Bought used from a seller who has waited, with clean engine records, it offers a lot of speed and style for the money.
