De Antonio Yachts was founded in Barcelona in 2012 by Marc de Antonio and Stan Chmielewski. Its boats hide Mercury outboards under the aft sunpad, and the range now runs from the D29 through the D42 to the D60 flagship.
De Antonio Yachts was founded in 2012 by Marc de Antonio and Stan Chmielewski, with headquarters in central Barcelona. Its first boat was the D23 Open, and every model since has come from Marc de Antonio's own design studio, Ubica-id. The signature trick is simple and striking: the outboards sit inside a raised box topped by a sunpad, so the stern looks and works like an inboard boat, with a full-width swim platform and the propellers kept away from swimmers.
Design and development stay in Barcelona, but production has moved to Poland, where a sizeable yard builds the boats. For an American buyer that mostly affects lead times and parts logistics. The current range lists the E23, D29, D32, D36, D42, D50 Open, D50 Coupe and D60.
We cover three models, the De Antonio D29, the De Antonio D42 Open and the De Antonio D60. The D29, launched in 2025 to replace the D28, is a 27-foot 10-inch walkaround on a new twin-step hull with one hidden Verado from 300 to 400 hp or twin 200s, a cabin for two and a base price of 165,000 euros. The D42 Open, listed since 2019, is a 41-foot 4-inch walkaround with three Verados from 900 to 1,200 hp, a tender garage and a 343-gallon tank, tested past 42 knots.
The D60, unveiled in October 2024 and launched in 2025, is a 60-foot 8-inch coupe with four Verado 400s or V12 600s under the aft deck, a full-beam owner's suite and a price near $3 million. Hull one went to Formula One driver Carlos Sainz, a second boat with a foredeck hot tub was bound for the US, and in January 2026 it was named European Powerboat of the Year up to 24 meters.
De Antonio sells through a dealer network, but the boats are still rare in the US, which makes resale the soft spot. Used pricing often has to be benchmarked against European listings, adjusted for shipping and duty. Our model pages estimate used D29s at about $180,000 to $250,000, D42s at $450,000 to $900,000 and D60s at $2.1 million to $2.9 million. The upside is propulsion: any Mercury dealer can service the engines, and outboards avoid inboard shafts and drives entirely.
Multiple engines mean multiple service bills, and the lifting sunpads and platforms add hydraulics that must be checked.
They are designed in Barcelona and built in Poland.
The engines sit under a raised sunpad so the stern can have a full-width platform and lounging space, with the props kept away from swimmers.
The D60, a 60-foot 8-inch coupe with four Mercury Verado outboards, launched in 2025.
Yes, through dealers, but they remain rare, so used pricing often depends on European comparisons.
